The number of sessions necessary and their frequency depends on various factors, one of which is certainly the severity of the initial state, as well as the blemishes that need to be resolved and the problems to be addressed. On average, the sessions are scheduled on a bi-weekly basis and at the end of the first cycle, long-term programming with a monthly or higher frequency is possible.
After how long are the effects visible?
