What is it for
Biorevitalization is a non-invasive injectable treatment designed to improve the deep hydration, elasticity, firmness, and radiance of the skin.
It works by nourishing the dermis with a harmonious combination of non-filling hyaluronic acid, vitamins, antioxidants, and trace elements — all substances naturally present in the skin, but which gradually decrease over time and can no longer maintain effective concentrations.
When injected directly into the dermal layer, these active ingredients specifically stimulate skin cells, reactivating their functions and promoting the natural production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. This process slows the appearance of wrinkles, refines skin texture, and restores a fresh, healthy, and glowing complexion.
The treatment provides a long-lasting, natural, and progressive anti-aging effect, and is particularly recommended for the face (cheeks and lip contour), neck, and décolleté.
How it works
After a careful assessment of the skin’s condition and desired goals, the biorevitalizing solution is administered through targeted microinjections using a very fine needle.
The treatment is quick, well-tolerated, and typically lasts around 15 minutes.
Although it is a minimally invasive procedure, it is essential to rely on qualified professionals, such as experienced dermatologists, who can:
-
Carefully evaluate whether biorevitalization is the most suitable choice,
-
Personalize the treatment according to the skin’s characteristics, and
-
Define the optimal treatment areas to achieve natural, balanced results.
Frequently Asked Questions
The effect is temporary but the repetition of sessions gives stable results over time. In fact, this type of treatment needs to be repeated regularly several times a year to optimise its effects.
Much depends on the starting state and the goals one wants to achieve. On average, at least four monthly sessions are recommended at the start, followed by maintenance sessions which are usually carried out every 2-3 months.
The area to be treated must be well cleaned, free of cosmetics and creams.
It is very important to avoid rubbing the treated areas or subjecting them to excessive temperature changes (e.g. saunas or thermal baths) for at least 24 hours. It is advisable to avoid sun exposure or UVA lamps for at least 2-3 days. In addition, physical exertion or otherwise intense physical activity should be limited in the hours immediately following the treatment.
The side effects are slight, being possible bruising or small pomphi (i.e. of the appearance of an insect bite), which usually disappear spontaneously within a few hours or at most 1-2 days. It is contraindicated during pregnancy.
