Cancellation Policy
Rules
At least 24 hours' notice is strictly required when it is necessary to move or cancel an appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the cost of the session will still be charged or the session will be counted as fully completed (if part of a package of multiple sessions).
In the event that the client arrives very late, the performance of the treatment is not guaranteed as it may affect subsequent scheduled appointments later in the day, causing inconvenience due to the delay to all subsequent clients. For this reason, the session, if started late, must necessarily end at the previously scheduled time and every effort will be made to complete the treatment in the remaining time available or in subsequent sessions.
In the event that the delay exceeds half of the initially scheduled time for the treatment, it will be rescheduled or the appointment cancelled (in the latter case the cost will be charged).
